SIngle Room in Forest Gate Creative Household

Hi all,

We are currently looking for a 4th housemate to join our house in Forest Gate.

A moderate single room has become available in a creative household. The room comes with a bed. Please bring any furniture that you may have.

The house is a two story house and a less then 10 minute walk to Forest Gate Station (Elizabeth Line) and Wanstead Park Station (Overground). Tesco, Co-Op and other stops are in walking distance from the house. As well, we are right next to Wanstead Flats and is lovely to go for walks on.

The house currently has two men and one lady, we all work in theatre industry.

Julian 29 is an Australian Sound Designer and Composer for theatre in the West End. So is always busy on theatre shows.
Jack, 28 is a Company Theatre Manager and Actor in London. When not at work his usually with friends or at the gym.
Annie, 26 works in costume in London and enjoys browsing in charity shops and finding vintage furniture.

As a household we are busy with our own individual lives as well with our work. So there might be moments where some of us are not around. But when we are we all get along and have a chat, meal or watch a film on Netflix, Disney or Amazon.

We are about to sign a new contract with our private landlord on a 6 month contract and after that it becomes a rolling month by month contract.

We would like to keep the house as a creative household and interested to hear from people who also work in the arts.
