The flat is based 8 min walk from Forest Gate station [Elizabeth Line] and Wanstead park [overground, suffragette line] also 8 mins walk. Perfect for getting around, you can be in central in 20-30mins!

It is a maisonette, shared living room and fully equipped kitchen on ground floor, also a small garden.
Kitchen has dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a bean to cup coffee machine, air fryer, and Berkly water filter.

Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bedroom is a double, with a built in wardrobe, double bed, and Emma memory foam mattress.
Also has a bedside table and small bench. The bedside and bench I am happy to remove if not desired.

place is all newly renovated and kept clean.

I have a 8 year old female sausage dog, she is full of character, will be a little guarded at first but will warm up after 1-2 meets normally.

I would say this definitely isn't a party house, and is more suited for working professional.

Things I would love to know about you are, what your lifestyle is like? If you work from home / office? What you enjoy doing, how your avg week looks.

Getting a good vibe, someone self aware, kind, humble, and respectful are really important to me. And equally cleanliness so I would be considering getting a cleaner in.
