Epping Forest is a massive stretch of forest and ponds and parks where you could walk for hours without bumping into build up areas.

- Best is the group: young international professionals from Ireland, England and Germany from 22 years old to mid 30's. Very friendly, but it is a quiet house share where everyone respects quiet times and the cleaning schedule.

- Each housemates is responsible for the communal area's cleaning once per month, which means the house is cleaned every 6 days.

- Council tax and top-tier BT fibre optic broadband are both included. Utilities shared between everyone.
