A 2 bedroom flat share. You would have a spacious double room in a lovely, well-kept flat in Forest Gate, directly opposite a beautiful park with a lake, ducks, and plenty of greenery. There’s currently a fun fair set up, which will be around for a few weeks before it returns to being a peaceful spot again.

About the flat:
• it would be just two of us living here, not a crowded house share
• Two equal-sized bedrooms (no one gets the worse deal)
• Additional small box room that i plan to turn into a “snug” room with sofa or work-from-home space
• Huge carpeted loft area – ideal for storage, a cinema-style setup, or a quiet hideaway (if you don’t mind ladders)
• Small semi private garden (work in progress, but plans are in motion when the sun comes out)

• 12-minute walk to the station (Elizabeth line – quick access into central)
• Bus stop right outside
• Easy links to Liverpool Street and Stratford

The living setup:
I already live in the property and have done for nearly a year. My current housemate is relocating abroad to care for a relative, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room.

This will be an official tenant swap (not a sublet), so everything is above board and secure.

This is very much a shared home, not a “live-in landlord” situation. I love the flat and want it to feel equally ours – relaxed, comfortable, and easy to live in.

About me:
I’m clean, tidy, and pretty chill 28 year old female working in central london (hybrid). I enjoy socialising and having fun, but equally love quiet time and a calm environment. It’s not a crazy party house, but it’s friendly – think occasional pub trips, relaxed socials or walks in the park if you fancy it.

Looking for someone who:
• Is clean, tidy, and respectful
• Is reliable and easygoing
• Ideally aged 25-39 (flexible for the right person)
