Our housemate left us a massive En-suite + bills🏡

Hey! So our housemate is moving back to Wales, which is sad for us but means there’s a lovely room going if you’re looking.
It’s a big en-suite double — big windows, loads of natural light, your own private bathroom. Really nice space.

Honestly the thing I’d want to know if I were looking is what the house is actually like to live in day-to-day. So here’s the truth:
It’s clean. Genuinely, consistently clean — not just when someone’s coming to view it. We all just kind of care about that, so it stays that way without it ever being a big deal.

The house itself is huge, which helps a lot. You never feel on top of each other. Most of the time you’ll be in your room doing your own thing, and that’s completely fine — that’s what we all do. But when you do want company there’s a big living room, a comfortable sofa, Netflix, and two people who are happy to chat or just sit in comfortable silence depending on what kind of day you’ve had.
There’s currently one male and one female living here. We’re both professionals, pretty easygoing, and the house is genuinely welcoming to everyone — whatever your background, nationality, or who you love. We just care that you’re a decent person to share a home with.

We like the house being tidy and peaceful, but we’re not uptight about it — it’s a home, not a hotel.
The area is great too — Forest Gate, 10 minutes walk to the Elizabeth Line so you can get into central London quickly. Quiet street, feels safe, good local cafés nearby.

£1,090 a month with all bills included.
