Single Room for Female Tennant in family home

Single Room in clean 3 bed family home. (Mon-Fri) Room available from 10th December.

I have a single bedroom to rent in my home in Forest Gate, East London.

Forest Gate is a very central area with a vast number of transport links- Wansted Park and Forest Gate are no more than 2 and 4 minutes walk away and Stratford is under 5 minutes by train which is linked to the central and jubilee line with straight train to Southend Airport via national rail. Also it takes no more than 10 min to Stratford International station where you can get trains to St Pancras. Wanstead Park has links to Victoria line via blackhorse Road and District and Hammersmith and City via Barking Station. There are good bus links as well directly outside, the 308 into Hackney and 25 into the West end and 58 into Walthamstow plus many more.

There are many local shops nearby. Wanstead Park and Wanstead flats which is part of epping forest conservation area and is 5 mins walk away. If you like shopping, then Westfields is no more than 5 minutes away on the train.

The room is a single room furnished with wardrobe, small double bed, side table. Wifi, Gas, water and electric is included in rent. Your Mon-Fri rent will cost £390 per month or £500 full time. Bi Weekly cleaning will take place at an additional fee which will be discussed and agreed prior. There is full unrestricted access to the communal areas of the home, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and roof garden.

Ideally, I’m looking for a female tennant to stay at least 3-6
months minimum but I'm flexible on duration. A non smoker, very clean, and not too noisy is a must. I am also open to commuting tennants - your rent will reflect in reduced rate. You will need to be in employment and be prepared to show proof on request.
