We have a beautiful double bedroom available in a lovely house for £1080 pm.

The house

It is a big 4 bedrooms house with a lovely living room, garden and view on a church. We also have a nice garden with bbq facilities. The kitchen comes fully furnished with dishwasher, freezer, microwave and all pans/pots. There are a lot of cupboards, so no need to squeeze for space!
The room available is a master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom, and large closet. There is also a little balcony which gives on the garden/church.
It also comes with an office/study with lots of storage, perfect for someone studying or doing freelance work.

The location

The house is located in a quiet street close to Forest Hill station. This is a perfect location to reach central London whilst enjoying a quiet neighbourhood. Shoreditch is reached in 25 min and there are easy connections via the overground.

The people

There are 3 flat mates, all girls in their 20s. They work in fashion/government and regularly enjoy a good dinner with wine. To complement the good harmony, we’re looking for someone/a couple equally nice and respectful of the house.

Rent is 1080 per month, making it ideal for a couple. Bills come up to about £60/month per person.
