Double room to rent in a spacious 3 bed house share. The house is a maisonette across the road from the Horniman Museum, only a 10 minute walk to Forest Hill station, 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye, and 20 minute walk to the trendy lordship lane. We have a shared kitchen with ample fridge space, bathroom, downstairs toilet, and living/dining room. The living room is a large, tranquil space that gets beautiful light throughout the day. The available room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It looks out onto the garden which is very quiet.

Current flatmates are Natalie (23) who works for a charity, and Alfie (27) who works for a fintech startup, both currently working from home due to the pandemic, there is plenty of working space within the living room for home working. We are a friendly and chilled out house - looking for likewise. We’re not party animals but would ideally be looking for someone not opposed to going to a trip to the pub together once in a while.
