This is a furnished double room in a large, pleasant Victorian House, about 10 minutes walk from Forest Hill station. There are also a range of bus links, including night buses.

The room, on the ground floor, is large and light and overlooks the garden. Furniture is good quality, modern and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside and workstation and chair.

The rent includes absolutely all bills and charges as well as fortnightly cleaning of the shared areas, gardening and highspeed broadband.

Current Housemates are a mixed bunch of friendly professionals who get on well but each have their own busy lives and careers.

The house is clean and comfortable with a separate lounge, with comfy sofas and Freeview TV. The kitchen/diner has lots of storage and all necessary appliances ( including a tumble dryer) and overlooks the garden, which has a large lawn and patio area with picnic bench.

There are two bathrooms and an additional loo on the ground floor, so no queues in the morning !

Off Street Parking is available at the front of the house and is unrestricted in the surrounding streets.

You are likely to be a busy professional who wants to live somewhere relaxed, clean and friendly with people, who you can chat to/ socialise with if you feel like it, or have your own space when if you don't.
