My name is Alex and I have a single room in a townhouse available!

The location is Forest Hill, and the house is very spacious and newly refurbished. It’s a three story house with a large living room, large kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a guests toilet and the attic can be used for extra storage.

The room is the perfect size for a single bed and will be furnished with a dresser, clothing rack and mattress soon.

The rent is 550£ without bills included (water, gas & electricity, WiFi and contents insurance).

You’d be sharing the house with three other girls, all students. They’re all very friendly and tidy.

The house is a short 10min walk to the nearest overground station (Forest Hill, zone 3). Easy access to the city centre within 30min.

The house is fully equipped with all amenities.

You’d have to pay a deposit (of a one month’s rent and security), which you’d receive back in the end of the tenancy.
It’s a 24 month contract but with a 12 month break clause in case you’d want to move out after a year.
