Arty Household with Big Garden

Double room for rent as soon as possible!

Current housemates are all women, very nice and friendly. Warm and sociable household. We'd like someone who is tidy and wouldn’t mind taking 1 cleaning job per week (we split the cleaning and try to do it once a week). We are looking for someone who’s quite independent but we get along with. I’ve lived here for 7 years and have furnished a lot of the house, but will be moving out with my partner.

This is a 5 bedroom house. There’s 4 women living here.

Looking for someone to sign on in May for at least 4 months, with option to sign on again in September for another year. The contract for the whole house is in my name, I am the sublandlord who is subletting the room.

Transport links 15 mins to Goldsmiths by direct train/bus. Excellent bus link to Peckham. Short walk to Forest Hill overground with quick connection to London Bridge, and to the tube via Canada Water.

The house is very big with tall ceilings. A large garden (we have a herb garden and soil patch!) and a parking spot included with the house. There are also 2 toilets, 1 bath/shower room.

There’s a co-op and Sainsbury’s and a gym very nearby as well as lots of restaurants and cafes.

The house is 5 floors, kitchen on lower floor, living room and bedroom on ground floor, toilets/showers 1st floor, two bedrooms 2nd floor and two bedrooms 3rd floor. The bedroom for rent is on the 3rd floor.

Because of how big the house is, it ends up being very quiet. The room we are renting is on the top floor.

The house came unfurnished, and this room is furnished by me, it comes with a bed and mattress, a desk and shelves.
