Double bedroom in Forest Hill

Hi there!
My flatmate will be moving out in mid-May and I'm currently looking for a young professional to take over his bedroom in our three bedroom semi-detached house in Forest Hill, South East London.
The room is a small double, well-lit, with a double bed, two chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The house has two bathrooms, a living room a kitchen (washing machine included) and a storage room we share with our neighbours in case you own a bike.
You'd be sharing with myself and my best mate Bernardo; we're two singers/actors/musical theatre performers in our 20s, generally quite busy, who enjoy spending time together whenever we get the chance.
Our ideal flatmate would be someone clean and tidy, ideally also a creative, who'd bring a positive and wholesome energy to our household.
Forest Hill is a nice and quiet area, very close to amenities; there is a big Sainsbury's two minutes away, Boots and Superdrug just across the road, plenty of cafes and corner shops, a small, quiet gym just 5 minutes away, a cute park up the hill which is also within walking distance and Forest Hill station is just around the corner (Overground, Southern railway)

Central London is 25 mins away, London bridge 15 mins away, Crystal Palace 10 mins away, Shoreditch 20 mins away, East Dulwich 10 mins away, Peckham 10 mins away, East Croydon 15 mins away.

Busses 176 and 185 will get you straight home from Central London at any time of the day/night in a little less than an hour.
