Double room in lovely house with garden

Hello!

I have a double room available in the house that I rent. The rent includes all bills, utilities and broadband.

The house is a lovely terraced house with a shared living room, kitchen diner and a good sized garden. There is a secure bike shed in the garden. There is a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.

The street is very friendly and quiet. It is about a 10 minute walk away from forest hill station which has the overground and a quick link to London Bridge. There are also lots of busses close by which can get you to Dulwich, Crystal Palace, Lewisham very quickly. There are a few nice parks a short walk away which are great to run to or chill in on a sunny day.

About me: I am a teacher working in a local school so if you work from home, you will have the house to yourself all day. I enjoy gardening, running and I also am into music. I’m currently trying to teach myself the saxophone! I enjoy spending time with others so it would be nice to have a housemate who enjoys sharing the odd meal and glass of wine, but I am also respectful of your space.

The room can be available for a shorter or longer term rent depending on what you need.
