Small Double Room Sublet in Peaceful House-Share

Hello,

My name is Bristena and I'm planning to go on vacation back to my country of origin, Romania for two months.

I am subletting my lovely small double room in a peaceful house-share in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood in Forest Hill.

I am looking for a reliable, friendly and open-minded person who can provide at least one reference.

The room has a double bed, a small desk with a comfy office chair, a big speaker, wardrobe and drawers. It even has space on the floor for yoga or stretching. In the picture I provided, instead of the bedside cabinet there is the small desk now.

The house has a shared lounge and a lovely garden too. It's cleaned every 2 weeks by a professional cleaner and generally feels very clean, welcome and homely.

The house is a 2 min walk from Horniman Gardens &
Museum and a 10 min walk to Syndenham Hill woods. Sainsbury's supermarket is close to the station and there is also a small Tesco's within 5 min.

My housemates are all vegetarian so no meat to be cooked in the kitchen, but fish is okay.

My housemate Kirsty is a yoga & movement teacher, Greg is a computer programmer and Dave is an artist & art teacher. They are all friendly and polite.

I have lived here since Oct 2020 and it has been a great experience overall, so whoever will take my room will definitely be able to enjoy a warm & welcoming environment.
