Hi. I have a very nice spacious, furnished room with double bed, a desk and wardrobe available from 1st February 2025.
The shared living room has incredible sunset views over London.
The house is in a quiet residential street 12 mins walk from Forest Hill Overground. (Zone 2, 13 mins to Canada Water or London Bridge from where you can get anywhere, or 20 mins to Whitechapel for the Elizabeth line)
The walk is through the gorgeous park by the Horniman Museum which has organic fruit and veg and street food market on Sundays.
You would be sharing the house with two other hard working, clean, friendly, professional guys, mixing going out to work and working from home.
Also, I'm not really a live in landlady as I live in the annexe. So I'm live out but next door.
The rent is £870 pcm INC BILLS. I'm happy to show you round by video call if you're away at the moment.
