I have a room available in my lovely flat two bed in Forest Hill. It's located between Forest Hill station (5 minute walk) and The Horniman (3 minute walk). Both the room and the flat are newly decorated.
The room itself is a large double (3.10m x 4.20m). It's a must-see as looks smaller in the photographs. The flat has two bathrooms, so one will be mainly yours. There is also a huge communal grass garden.
Price includes all bills including a bi-weekly cleaner. One month's rent and deposit (protected) in advance and two month's notice required both ways. Please note - bills might be lower depending on use and I'll be happy to share monthly statements.
