Transport time takings: Direct Overground: to Canada Water in 13 minutes, Shoreditch in 22 minutes, Highbury&Islington 30mins. Direct Railway: London Bridge 16mins. Day&night bus 176 to Denmark Hill in 15 minutes, Elephant&Castle, Waterloo, Covent Garden and Central London in 25-40mins. Bus 185 to Camberwell in 20, Oval, Vauxhall & Victoria 25-35. One or two changes on the underground lines to West Central London in 25-30 minutes.

It has a double bed and the room is large, with a view of leafy trees, big front gardens and wide open space in-between opposite buildings.
Though there is no living room, the kitchen has a small table for 2-3 chairs, a wide window on a communal balcony, both overlooking more and a bigger green back area, play space for local wildlife.

The flat is shared just with me, I am a friendly and easy going continental male, I have many years of flat sharing life with a variety of people.

Terms and conditions :-) : Rent £200/week in advance. Rent shown is for one person, bills included.
£100 deposit per person.

In addition I can discuss the following:

- Couple or two siblings for the room, 60% more. If you want, you can have another single bed you should be able to buy for about £100.

- Negotiable: Terms of few months can be considered.
