Large double room on artistic mews

Hey! Me and my flatmate (30yo M) are looking for a new flatmate for a spare double bedroom in my 3 bed mews house in Forest Hill.

The street hosts open art studios twice a year and has a great community spirit. We’d love someone we can become friends with and who’ll enjoy the house and space as much as we do.

THE ROOM

THE HOUSE
3 bed loft style house on an artsy mews street.
A communal bathroom shared between 2 flatmates with bath and large shower.
Open plan kitchen living
Balcony with wood burner
2 minute walk to Forest hill station (overground and Southern Rail) takes you to London Bridge in 10 mins and shoreditch in 20.
All expected local amenities including large sainsburies and lots of local and chain stores

THE FLATMATES
Two 30 year old male friends from uni - Adam is an actuary studying to move into an investing role and Josh is a music producer and audio engineer.

We both love all the classic things - football, films, tennis, music, theatre, pub quiz, gigs etc.

ADDITIONAL INFO
- Bills are currently running around 100-150 each.
- We don’t mind small pets that would stay largely in your room but unfortunately Adam is allergic to cats and dogs so we can’t accept those.
- We currently split a regular cleaner as it really helps us keep communal spaces clean so it’d be great if that was something you’d also like

Viewings would be most convenient week beginning the 15th if possible
