Ideally you are in your 30s. You want to live with people who can become friends, make the house your home, use the communal space to socialise and tell us about your day. Occasionally pool resources to cook, watch TV or hang out together, throw a dinner parties, or tackle a problem together.

Ideally communally minded, socialist type people who want to work as a team to create great vibes and engage in maintaining the house and garden.

You value a clean place and don't need to be asked to clean - you do it proactively.

THE ROOM

DOUBLE ROOM, AVAILABLE FROM 18th Dec 2025 onwards:
Double bed, with tall chest of draws, small bedside chest of draws, double wardrobe rail with shelving for shoes underneath, desk & office desk.

THE HOUSE:

Location is Forest Hill, SE23. Nearest stations are Forest Hill or Sydenham, both approx 15 mins walk.

4 bedroom mid-terrace house with high ceilings & lots of natural light.

Fully furnished. We've got a dyson vacuum, a big tv, workout station and equipment. The kitchen is very well stocked for everything you need to cook & bake.
Besides that, we've got a massage table available for use, and a SAUNA in the back-garden :)

There's free parking for cars on the street and a secure bike shed on our front drive.

WHO YOU WILL BE SHARING WITH:

You’ll be sharing with 3 people. We are in our 30s.

MIA (she/her) - Project Manager, work from home 3 days a week.
Enjoys anything sporty & creative, travel, the outdoors and communality. Does crossfit and learning violin.
Vibe - Social, energetic, warm

YOLA (she/her) - ex professional dancer who works in ballet industry doing production coordination. Into running, being healthy, and trips to the theatre/events.
Vibe - Chatty, wholesome, girl's girl

Moving into the small room in January:
ANA (she/her) - Ana did a phd in anthropology, and enjoys history, art, museums and cooking.

COSTS:

£815 per month.
Rent noted here includes council tax, and bills at £85.
Bills covers water, gas, electric (depends on usage) and Broadband (fixed cost).

Deposit - One months rent.

Additional costs:
1.) Household items such as toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, water filter, bin bags, laundry powder and cleaning products - I buy and we split the cost equally as a mandatory.
2.) With stuff like spices, teas - we are quite communal and all equally contribute to the collection as and when needed.
3.) Sauna - If you'd like to use the sauna. It's approx. £60 divided by all of us every time the gas runs out and we need a refill (depends on usage).

THE BORING STUFF:

- You must have the right to live and work in Uk.
- You must be working / be able to prove you can pay your rent.
- There may be a party once or twice a year, but please note in general we have quiet hours upstairs from 10pm-8am, so people can sleep well.
- The house and room comes furnished so ideally you don't have lots of furniture, since there isn’t space.
- Being clean and tidy is an absolute must. We don't have a rota in the house. Instead we are all proactive and do our bit without needing to be asked. We keep communal areas are kept clutter-free. Housemates are expected to clean up after themselves directly in kitchen.
