The price advertised is for a 4 nights stay. This could also start from the Sunday. For short term let the monthly price will be £950 and available until 4th April if short term let.

Bills are included and for mid week stay it includes weekly cleaning and sheets changed fortnightly.

The room is offered for one person only, no couples and not suitable for home workers. Please read carefully the ad before contacting - thank you.

The room is located in a 4 bedroom family detached house - landlady works full time with grown up children at university.

The room is ensuite with plenty of wardrobe storage and now also has a little desk. Use of kitchen for light meals preparation with dining area. Parking is available outside off street. Very good for commuting into London with direct trains to London Bridge in 12-15 minutes and central london Westminster/Green Park/Bond Street in 22-26 minutes. Within 30 minutes access to Stratford, Highbury and Islington, Shoreditch- on the Overground with 10 minutes walk stations of Forest Hill and Honor Oak Park.

The room is suitable for a clean and quiet professional working in London and having their main residence somewhere else. Would be very happy to accommodate monthly stays but no longer than 3-4 consecutive months.
