Double-room in a spacious 2-bed flat share with a large garden available to rent for short-to-long term. Small wardrobe, plenty of drawers, and an optional comfortable desk. Flat is very clean, tidy, well-kept and equipped, located on the ground flour. You will be sharing with a friendly queer POC couple, both professionals. We are looking for someone who sustain our laidback energy. Trilingual household here! (English, French, and Arabic).

Forest Hill’s a loverly, quiet area with hip and pretty pockets as well as decent transport links – trains, Overground, and buses around. Forest Hill's got a nice community feel and some cool spots to hang out. Huge Sainsbury's, Aldi and other stores within a 5-minute walk.

ACCESS INFO

• Not wheelchair-accessible - 4 steps to get into the flat.
• The flat is all on one floor, but not enough space at all doors for wheelchair access/turning.
• No reliable 24-hour parking.
• No other adaptations.

TENANCY INFO

• We are the main tenants of the flat, so you’ll be an additional tenant.
• Flexible term with a 28-day Termination Notice Period by either party.
• No smoking inside the flat.
• No pets (sorry!).
• Furnished (may be able to be flexible on some items).
• For individuals only, not couples.

IDEAL FLATMATE

• We are looking for someone clean, tidy, and reliable who does not party at home and respect their living space.
