Double room in Forest Hill flat with dog.

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to join me and Suki the whippet in our flat in Forest Hill.

About the flat:
Two double rooms, one of which will be your. s. The room being rented out is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is equipped with everything you could need.

Open plan living room kitchen of a pretty generous size (30sq m, give or take). Equipped with tv, hifi with record player/Bluetooth, various books/lps to help yourself to etc.

I’m a keen cook so the kitchen is well stocked with decent quality cookware etc. if you’re into cooking you’ll be totally at home. There’s a fridge to share but alas no freezer.

A balcony which I’m always adding to the plant collection and would welcome any contributions to.

About me and Suki to dog:
I’m 37 year old male working in food for a cheese company (there is always a supply of delicious dairy products in the flat!). During the week I’m in the office every day but like to keep the flat as a welcoming place to come home to and for the weekends. My interests are gardening, walking the dog, cosy pubs, art galleries and cinema.

Suki is a three year old whippet cross (aka slight mongrel). She’s pretty chilled in the flat so long as she gets a good walk.

What I’m looking for:
Someone who has a similar energy to me - by no means am I a killjoy but I’d like someone who treats their house as a welcoming home and wants to value living in a nice space. Needless to say, a dog lover is a must! If you have similar interests of food, culture, cooking so the better but by no means essential.
In an ideal world, I’d love someone who works from home during the day fairly regularly so that they can keep Suki company whilst I’m at work. Again, not essential. The most important think I’m looking for is good vibes between us.

Note: I’ll put pictures of the room on in due course but it’s a pretty standard double sized room. White walls, no dodgy decor, I promise!
