I am currently looking for someone to take the second room in our large two bed flat in Forest Hill. Move in date is flexible, but looking ideally for someone to move in the first weeks of May!
The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is furnished!
looking for someone who is super clean and tidy, but mainly just a nice person who is respectful, responsible and kind. I am very relaxed and want a peaceful house, so no party animals sorry, also no students for council tax reasons.. sorry!
You will be dealing directly with a great landlord, no agency involved so any problems will be dealt with! (No mould issues)!
The flat is on the third floor with a balcony and great views of the surrounding green spaces - we will be a 10 min walk to Forest Hill station and super quick links to New Cross, Canada Water, Shoreditch etc!
