We have a room in our 3 bed houseshare as our flatmate is moving in with her girlfriend.

The property is a 3 bedroom ground floor flat with a spacious kitchen-living area and a garden. The room is a fully furnished double with plenty of storage space under the bed and we have some additional space in the living room and a basement. Bathroom is shared but we make it work!

We are located between Catford and Forest Hill.

(12 min train ride Catford to Denmark hill for Kings hospital)

We are looking for a full time working professional who is sociable, tidy and respectful. Price is £770 pcm including bills and is available from 8th June. Deposit and reference checks required and our current lease is until Feb 2025.

There is a big Tesco and a Lidl nearby in Catford. There are a few nice coffee places, gyms, yoga studio, pubs, cinema.
Forest Hill and Honor Oak are easy walking distance and have a good selection of restaurants and cafes.
