Room for Rent

A lovely light room in a flat which is neutrally decorated on a quiet residential street which has free parking, the flat has a small garden. The room comprises of a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and a bookshelf. The flat has a large kitchen diner with hob/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas central heating and double glazed windows. The flat is close to shops and transport with a 3 minute walk to buses or 10 minutes to Forest Hill station which has fast frequent trains to London Bridge 12 minutes, Victoria 30 min and the overground that runs to Canada Water to change to central London or Whitechapel 30 min, plus the night buses have a 24hr service to the station.
I am a New Zealander, who is sociable and outgoing who likes to travel and is often off on a adventure and likes to meet new interesting people but also respects other peoples space and time and likes to maintain a tidy clean flat. I have recently built a loft and it is my intention to move up into that area and rent my downstairs room.
I am also open to renting to a couple on a short term basis with a minimum term of 3 months with a rental adjustment.
