Spacious double bedroom in a house share with like-minded professionals 8-9' walk from Honor Oak Park station.

The room is on the first floor, very spacious with high ceiling and large windows. It can be let furnished or unfurnished.

The shared kitchen is large and fully equipped (large fridges, double ovens, hobs, microwave, 2 washing machines, tumble drier, etc). There are 2 full bathrooms plus one separate toilet. A small lounge on the ground floor leads to a large peaceful back garden. There’s also a large shed in the back garden where you can store bikes and other stuffs.

All bills are included. There’s super fast fibre broadband. Common areas are cleaned every two weeks.

Honor Oak Park station is 8’ walk away, with trains to London Bridge (in just 12’) and Victoria; and overground to Canada Water, Shoreditch, Hackney and further north.

The bustling high street with lovely cafes and shops is also 5’ walk away. Beautiful green spaces with breathtaking views over London are around the corner (Blythe Hill Fields, One Tree Hill). Forest Hill and Brockley are within walking distances too.
