The room is a big double with lots of light through the big bay window. It comes unfurnished apart from the wardrobe, but I will accept offers for some furniture eg the bed and mattress.
The household is currently 2 other non binary folk and an adorable little orange cat called Nick who loves to play catch. The vibes are relaxed and friendly, but we all have our own lives and respect each other's space and boundaries.
The house is on a sleepy street and comes with a garden. Its a 10 min walk to Forest Hill, or a 20 min walk to Catford/Catford Bridge or Crofton Park. Bills come to around £150 depending on the month, and it is council tax band D.
