Lovely Double Room in a Warm Victorian Home

I have a bright and comfortable double room available in my lovely Victorian home, and I’m looking for the right person to share it with.

The room comes with TV and Sky, and you’ll have sole use of the main bathroom most of the time (only occasionally shared when I have family, friends, or clients over).

Location:
The house is in a quiet, peaceful road and is really well connected. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to Forest Hill, Catford Bridge, or Catford stations, with a bus stop nearby that takes you directly to the stations as well. There’s also a lovely bistro pub at the top of the road and local supermarkets close by, so everything you need is within easy reach.

A little about me and the home:
I’m a personal trainer and run a small, private gym from my garden, so I work from home and have clients visiting regularly. It’s a friendly, positive space, and I take pride in keeping the house clean, calm, and welcoming.

I’m looking for someone who:

Doesn’t work from home
Is naturally tidy and respectful of the space
Enjoys a peaceful, well-kept home

Because I have clients coming in, it’s really important that the house stays neat and clutter-free, first impressions matter for my business, but it also keeps the home feeling relaxed and enjoyable for both of us.

The living room is mainly my space to begin with, just while we both settle in, but I’m very happy for it to become a shared, relaxed space once we’re both comfortable.

This would suit someone who is out during the day and wants a cosy, homely place to come back to.
