Beautiful room available in Forest Hill Flat

hey everyone!! I'm currently on the search for a new housemate to join me in my beautiful flat in Forest Hill (SE23).
Ideally looking for someone who can move in from the 1st May. Rent is £940 and bills come to around £190 per month. There is no deposit required as the rent includes a No deposit option. There is a large living room/kitchen, a big bathroom with a shower and then also a smaller toilet too. Its on a great street that has free parking outside and is around 7/8 mins walk to Forest Hill station (which has direct trains to London Bridge, London Victoria as well as the Windrush Line which goes to Croydon, Crystal Palace and East London). There is a gym on the same street which I go to and pubs, shops and Mayow Park are all close by. The room available (in the photos) has plenty of built in storage and looks out onto the back garden (we don't have access to this as downstairs is a Quakers House/Community Centre).

A little about me - I am Hannah, I'm 32 from Leeds and I work for a charity based in South West London as a Youth Coordinator. Im super chilled and love to keep a clean environment at home. I tend to do my own thing and have an active social life but also love chilling at home and watching tv together! Looking for someone who is on a similar vibe to me and has their own life but also enjoys spending time at home and chilling out too!
