Room in Forest Hill 4-bed flat from July.

This room has a double bed and gets plenty of natural light. The flat is a four-bed at the top of Sydenham Hill opposite the Horniman Museum, with stunning views of the city. It is a less than ten-minute walk from the high street and Overground station. Immediately outside the flat is the Horniman Triangle park and Sydenham Hill wood. We are within walking distance of Peckham, East Dulwich and Catford and there are buses from the bottom of Sydenham Hill to Victoria, Tottenham Court Road and Elephant & Castle, as well as Croydon and Lewisham town centre.

We are one couple (F23 & F24) and two others (M & F22), who went to university together and are now all working in the film industry. One of us is a trans woman so don’t move in if you’re gonna be weird about it :) We have a living room, washing machine and bath-tub!

Gas is included with the rent and Wi-Fi, electric, water and council tax come to around £100 a month. The current occupant of the room is moving out at the start of July and rent is due on the 10th, so ideally you would be able to move in around then!
