The house is in a very quiet area but only a few minutes from Forest Hill and Sydenham High Street, ample shops, pubs, parks and good connections into London.

NB regarding viewings: We are three busy people and coordinating viewings isn't always simple. We will communicate clearly any timings/changes for viewings well in advance and would be grateful if you could do the same. Thank you.

Overground to West Croydon, every 3 mins.
National Rail to London Bridge in 15 mins.
Bus 75 to Penge East Station (5mins) from where frequent trains go to Victoria in 17mins.
Night Bus 176 from Oxford Circus, Waterloo back to Forest Hill
Fast connection to East Croydon and Gatwick Airport.
