Bright Double Bedroom

Hey! Looking for a new flatmate to take over a small double bedroom (facing south so it gets plenty of light) right in between East Finchley and Muswell Hill. It will be freshly painted when you move in. Moving date is flexible around March. (Unfortunately the cat won’t be staying)

Flat and Flatmates:
You’ll be living with me and Rachel, we both work at a cinema (so free tickets) and love films. The landlady is also very nice and always helps if there’s an issue.
The flat is very homey and has a big living room, separate bath and toilet so no queues, a big balcony and a small back yard that gets lots of sun in the summer. The white shelving unit next to the bed won’t be staying so you’ll have extra room. Theres also plenty of storage around the house and under your bed and theres a clothing rail just outside the bedroom for more of your clothes.

Location:
Only a 7 min walk to the northern line that takes 20 minutes to central, plenty of bus stops around and lots of supermarkets on a 5-10 min walking distance. Also Muswell hill broadway with too many shops to name, an everyman cinema, pubs and gyms. And if you like nature, there’s Highgate woods and Alexandra Park about 10-15 minute walk away.

You:
We’re looking for someone to consider this their home and not just a room as we wanna have a friendly household. We’re both clean and respectful so hopefully you are too and follow covid guidelines. We’d love to live with someone creative like us but it’s not a must.
