We have great transport links with Kilburn Jubilee line 5 minutes walk away, Overground and Thameslink 5-10 minutes walk and buses at the end of the street that leave for Oxford Circus, Paddington, White City every few minutes.

The area is very well served with a wide choice of bars, restaurants, gyms and supermarkets - Lidl, Sainsburys, Waitrose and M&S are all nearby.

The room itself then is a large and bright double room which was previously occupied by a couple who after a year here are moving back to Spain.

The current flatmates are two working professionals in our thirties. One works as a teacher and the other in the charity sector. We are friendly and easy going but respectful of each other's space and the need for privacy. Fortunately the flat is big enough for this to happen quite easily!

We're looking ideally for a full time working professional whose easy to get on, likes a glass of wine and chat occasionally, cinema night and socialising although we're certainly not a party house! Yes - we have a cleaning rota!

We're not looking for couples, just somebody ready to live in a quiet, clean and friendly flatshare.

We have a very good relationship with the landlord who has always paid for any faults or repairs and who hasn't put the rent up in three years living here. The rent then is just £680 - a snip for the size and area - with bills on top coming to around £100 and including council tax, gas, electricity, water, wifi, tv license.
