£900 a month , including all bills (& washing machine use).
You will have to clean your own room every fortnight (at least). I clean all the communal areas. The room is currently occupied but will be available from the 9th January 2024. I will need to carry out repairs & redecorate the area when the current lodger leaves so it’s lovely for the new lodger.
It will suit someone who is working or studying full time. Preferably someone who does not work from home as I am currently unable to keep the heating on all day!
