Double en-suite room

For rent is a double en-suite room. The only space you would be sharing is the kitchen with 2 others as one of the flatmates is rarely at the flat.

We are easy going working professionals who live in a calm and quiet home and area and are a looking for a like minded individual. We just ask that you are clean, tidy and respectful as we are.

Closest stations are new southgate (closest) and arnos grove tube station which is down the road, both have easy access as there is a shuttle bus that takes you straight to both stations from the estate aswell as bus stops right outside the estate. And also shops and local amenities which is always needed.

We are based in the Princess Park Manor Estate
