The room

Top floor double room with lots of character, currently unfurnished, in a fine Victorian semi. The room has window and skylight and a cute alcove in the roof turret with loads of storage space. There is no-one else on this floor so it's very private.
The bathroom is down some stairs but is mainly just for the use of the lodger so effectively private.
The landlord with his partner and one other friendly, quiet guy live in the house, all on different floors, with large shared kitchen and garden, broadband, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and free on-street parking.
Bus stop is 2 minutes away. Good transport links with nearby mainline station and short bus ride to the tube, and three 24-hour bus routes.
Landlord and partner are gay, other lodger is straight, but all welcome.
Other lodger has a cat. Both live in the basement room.
You need to be fit enough to climb two flights of stairs. There's some furniture available if you want it.
