Bright double in Fulham , Mon to Fri, ready now

If you’re looking for a week night bolt hole in Zone 2, I’m looking for someone Monday to Friday to rent my spare room. It’s a lovely, quiet double with private (not en suite) wet room - shower, loo and sink. It has a double bed, hanging space and drawers and can discuss any personal requirements.

Bills are included as is a weekly cleaner. Happy to arrange laundering of towels and bed linen which is provided.

You will have full use of a stylish kitchen, conservatory dining room and garden.

It’s a very quiet and comfortable home for a professional working full time and I’m sure you’ll find it warm and welcoming. However, it isn’t a house share so would best suit someone who values their independence and who respects privacy - happy to have the odd glass of wine but no party animals! Must love dogs as you’ll be sharing with a super friendly Cocker Spaniel too.

Great transport links - 10 minutes walk to Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway tubes and Imperial Wharf overground and Southern trains via Clapham Junction. Great bus service south and in to central London 2 minutes walk.

Wandsworth Bridge Road is minutes away with lots of great local restaurants and cafes and everything else you need is on the doorstep. Same in Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway 10-12 minutes walk.
