Lovely double bedroom available in a large 4 bedroom Victorian terrace house in the heart of Fulham. The room is freshly painted and fully furnished with a double bed and big wardrobe that looks onto our newly renovated garden patio.

This room is £765 plus bills.

Recently repainted, this home is an entertainers dream with an impressive kitchen which has bifold doors opening on to a decked terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ. There is a huge lounge room and bathroom on the ground floor too, as well as a decent sized basement for storage and laundry.

We are a 5 minute walk to both Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green stations, and there are popular bus routes available quite literally on our doorstep. It’s a beautiful area and a great place to call home, with one of SW London’s best pubs right across the road (The Mitre).

You will be sharing with 3 ladies aged between 25 - 31 who work in events, law and architecture. During the week everyone works hard but looks forward to coming home to cook and catch up on each other’s days. Everyone has their own friends but enjoys some trash TV and a wine together.

Bills are an extra £115 per month which covers all the usual and a kitty for household products.
