Subletting stunning 1.5-bed terrace flat in Fulham

I am renting out my beautiful flat from December 1 until the new year. It has a bedroom, living room, separate dining area and a kitchen with a big terrace as well. I have lived here for just over a year so the furniture are pretty much new and in good condition. The place is great for one or two people.

The flat is close to Eel Brook Common and Parsons Green and a 25 minute walk to Hammersmith Bridge/Putney Bridge. There is a fruit and veg market on North End Road as well as Iceland, Coop, Whole Foods, Waitrose, etc. just around the corner. It's a 2 minute walk to the next bus stop and 5 minutes to the tube (Fulham Broadway).

This might be perfect for someone that is looking to move but hasn't found the perfect place yet. The place honestly is so lovely and I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay throughout the pandemic.

As I will be at home in Germany with family, I can be a bit flexible with dates.
