Great sunny double bedroom in girlie flat share in Fulham!

The room is only £800 including bills and is an amazing double room with its own balcony - perfect in summer and gets amazing sunlight all day. It comes with a double and chest of drawers and I can leave a brand new clothes rail for a small cost.

The house is really nice and modern with a nice lounge (including fireplace) and dining room, with a lovely kitchen that overlooks the living room. The flat has two bathrooms (one of the rooms has an en-suite), your room shares the main bathroom with two of the other girls. The girls are super clean and the bathroom is nice and modern.

The flat is located in a great part of Fulham, with 3 great pubs within a 5 minute walk, a massive Sainsbury’s 30 seconds away, and a 15/20 minute walk to Parson’s Green and Fulham. The flat is also really close to the river which is great for walking or running!

You’ll be living with three great girls all aged between 23 - 25. They have become amazing friends, rather than just housemates and we all enjoy spending time together whether that be at the pub or picnic in the park and even just sitting at home watching a movie! I am only moving out as I am moving into a place with my best friend but am really sad to say goodbye to the girls.
