Double room in very modern flat available now

I have a double room available now in a beautiful, modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat on Fulham Palace road.

As you can see the flat has been immaculately renovated with a beautiful open plan living room and kitchen which leads onto a sunny balcony. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one is ensuite). The room comes with an orthopedic bed, drawers, and wardrobe.

We are looking for a chilled, friendly housemate to join the mix - as it stands we have 3 girls and a guy living there, ranging in age from 24-26 years old. It's not a party flat but a glass of wine or two with the housemates over dinner is never a bad thing ;-)

Fulham palace road has great transport links via busses (which is the preferred mode of transport these days..) and putney bridge is a short walk away. 5 mins walk from the house is a huge park as well as a nuffield gym. There are a bunch of restaurants and pubs nearby (the crabtree being our favourite!).
