Double room Fulham sharing with 2 postgrad girls

Hi we're Rosie (23) and Sally (22), two female postgraduate students looking for someone to take the third room in the stunning flat we have just signed for in Fulham. The flat is in a great location, close to shops and the tube and is really modern and bright inside. The flat also has a small balcony and a gorgeous roof terrace for when it’s sunny!

The room is £714pcm (plus bills which should come to around £50/£60 pcm) with the contract starting from the 17th of August. (Plus a deposit paid to be paid to the estate agent) The room would be the slightly smaller double shown in the pictures which will come furnished with a small double bed. The room would also fit a desk and some other storage but could also come with the option of additional storage/desk space in the hallway opposite if needed.

You would be sharing with two female postgrads in our early 20s so we would ideally be looking for someone in a similar situation (but we are happy to consider non-students, you would need to cover the council tax though, just as a heads up! The property is in band E)

A little bit about us:

Sally: Due to start her masters at UCL in September in Speech and Language Therapy. I'm really looking forward to moving down from Yorkshire to explore my new home. I am a big fan of going out for food, as well as staying in and cooking - so I imagine the first few weeks of London will heavily involve trying out the local eateries!

Rosie: Starting a masters in publishing at Roehampton this September. I'm looking forward to exploring London more and visiting museums, bookshops and cute cafes, along with the occasional night out. In my spare time I love baking so there will always be lots of free cake!
