Room available in Fulham flatshare

Looking for someone who loves a clean home and respecting other people’s space.

The room is small but cosy, it's furnished with a double bed, set of drawers and a wardrobe.

There is a shared bathroom- shower over bath, toilet in the bathroom and a sink. It's not palatial but it's clean and does the trick!

The kitchen is well appointed- fridge, gas hob and an electric oven.

The area is great- close to the North End Road market, there are two little supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and lots of big ones further a field, but walkable. I don't drive, so I'm not sure about parking but there are busses that run from either end of this street and Parsons Green, Baron's Court, Hammersmith and Putney Bridge tube stations are all within walking distance.

Bills are £113 per calendar month (wifi, gas and electric, water and council tax).

There's no security deposit but the land lord requires two months rent paid in advance.

The arrangement in the house at the moment is to split the cost of cleaning products and share cleaning duties between us. We are happy to implement a new system but as long as we all pull our weight, we'll get along just fine. We haven't shared food except for the occasional flat-mate Sunday roast and I quite like it that way, but happy to hear your thoughts..

We both work freelance and one of us works from home and we tend to keep to ourselves but enjoy a chat when we cross paths.
