I am looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely, bright apartment on the first floor of a Victorian mansion building situated a 2-minute walk from Putney Bridge Station. The nearest overground is Putney which is a 15 minute walk away. Transport links make it so easy to commute anywhere around the city.

The local area is perfect for shopping, bars, restaurants, river-walks, trips to the park etc.! You have the Kings Road nearby, Fulham Broadway and also Putney just 5 mins over the bridge! There are local supermarkets within a 5-minute walk too!

The room comes fully furnished with double bed, built-in full-length wardrobe with mirror and chest of drawers. You could probably fit a small WFH desk in there if you wanted to. There is also a huge south facing window on the rear wall of the bedroom which lets in so much light to the room during the day.

You will be sharing with two lovely ladies in their mid-20s (one Welsh and one Kiwi!) who are both working professionals (one also studies part-time). They are looking for someone social who is clean and tidy round the house! They both enjoy having a catch-up over some wine and cheese(!) or some good food at the end of the night or at the weekends and love going out to enjoy the local area.

The flat is managed by the landlord who is very accessible and easy-going.

Rent is £667.22pcm and bills roughly £80 per person – an absolute steal of a property of this calibre in this area!
