Double room by the river in Fulham

We have a spacious double room in a chilled Fulham house. We're a minutes walk from the Thames, a super store Sainsburys and local buses. It's a 10 minute walk to Fulham Broadway, Imperial Wharf and Wandsworth town train stations.

The room is furnished with a double bed wardrobes and drawers. If you have your own furniture this is welcome too! There are 3 available bathrooms with showers and toilets in each. The living spaces are large with plenty of room to spread out.

Rent is £700 pcm with a £700 deposit. Bills are not included in rent and are split at the end of each month, roughly £100 each.

There are currently 2 guys and 1 girl living here. We're all professional friendly, laid back doing a variety of jobs. We love a beer and a BBQ in the garden and like to keep a clean/respectful space to live. Get in touch if you want to set up a viewing or have any questions!
