We (Ollie and Phoebe, 27) are looking to renew the tenancy of our flat at Rostrevor Mansions in Fulham. The room in the flat would be available to rent from 14 July.
The flat is a short 5-10 minute walk from Parsons Green tube station. We are just off Munster Road so there’s lots of shops, bars, and coffee shops etc nearby - Bishops Park and Eel Brook Common are also in walking distance.
The room is a good size double and the flat itself has a large living space. The room comes furnished with a chest of drawers and a side table.
Bills usually come to around £100 per month with Council Tax.
