There is an availability for a double bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat. The room is very neat and furnished with a double bed, bed side table, comfy mattress, large chest of drawers, small wardrobe with mirrored door, small desk, a large smart TV with a separate Netflix account for the tenant !, and a very large carpeted storage space which is a part of this room ( non walk in).

The room has excellent ventilation and sunlight. The flat in general benefits from bright sunshine making it very pleasant to live in. In the summer, the room and the flat have the benefits of excellent breeze due to excellent ventilation and abundance of space around it.

The rental figure is all inclusive!
The rent is £800.

There is central heating throughout the property and a well maintaned kitchen with recently bought new fridge freezer , washing machine, tumble dryer , microwave, toaster, coffee machine.

The flat including the room will be cleaned by professional cleaner every week . Included in the rental access to fast WiFi fiberoptic 600 mb/sec.

The flat has a shared bathroom.

The area is quiet, nice and safe. I prefer someone friendly, easy going, calm and a nice company.

The tenant has to be non smoker and also like to keep things tidy and be considerate to neighbours. This room is suitable for professional or students.

In term of myself, I am a doctor who has a fairly busy life. My 13 years old son also lives in the property with myself in the third bedroom. He is a polite and independent boy.

I have a very cute cat which is friendly, very neat and cosy.
