You will be sharing with one other calm and quiet French female who works from home and her 5 year old rescue cat Marcel.
The location is flawless and incredibly well connected to all of London. Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway undergrounds are less than 8 minute walk away.
Waitrose and Sainsbury's are also very close just a 5 minute walk away

The next tenant would take on the existing lease until December of this year and then the possibility to extend with the landlord.

Bills are not included in the monthly rent, they come to around 100 per month.
The council tax is 1,400 but split into two yearly instalments and obviously shared with the other flat mate, 395 in October and 395 in April.
