Generous communal spaces including a large modern kitchen-diner, living room and garden.
Each resident has access to their own fridge, kitchen cupboard and cutlery, as well as a shared washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher facilities.

***The Area***
The property is located just off of the King's Road, walking distance to Fulham Broadway station and on popular bus routes (11, 14, 22 and 211). There are a large number of shops, restaurants and pubs within the local vicinity.

***The House Mates***
There are currently two young professional female housemates and myself. I am a quiet and considerate live in landlord who likes to keep a clean and tidy house, looking for like minded tenants. The house is also home to two cats, so may not be suitable for people with allergies.
