A student studio rent - New Orient House

Hello, i am a student learning at UCL. i plan to go back to China for data collection in Feb. therefore, i need to find a student to take over my living contract and move into this lovely studio. it is the one with a private bathroom and a kitchen at New Orient House Student Accommodation near Imperial Wharf. you can enjoy your studying life in a quiet and nice environment. it is quite near the Thames, only a 3-min walk. you can find Tesco in 1 mins, Sainsbury in 8 mins. there are two nearest bus stations: C3 and 306 in 1-min walk. The rent period is from the 9th of Feb, to the 13th of Sep. taking over my contract. the starting date is flexible but needs to end on the 13th of Sep. Then you can expand your contract from a new academic year starting Sep. as long as you are still a student learning in London. very welcome to email me to book a viewing at any time!
